Steven Spurrier isn’t one to bite his tongue when making comments about his in conference opponents, and during the ESPN car wash he took another jab at Ole Miss.
Last week we heard Spurrier mention that he’d rather be playing Ole Miss than Georgia.
“You think I make the schedules? If I made the schedules, Georgia would be playing LSU every year and we’d be playing Ole Miss.”
And why wouldn’t he? Georgia has a top defense and one of the best quarterbacks in the league and Ole Miss is starting from scratch.
Well, yesterday at the car wash he mentioned that Ole Miss may want to grab all the Penn State players they can because they need help.
Steve Spurrier tells ESPN he could understand @coachhughfreeze going after PSU players “They need some ball players there.”

Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze mentioned that he would be circling the South Carolina game that is on the schedule for 2013.
“We do play them in 2013,” Freeze said. “I will circle that one and hopefully change his perspective of Ole Miss football.”
This is a tough league, and if Freeze is going to return Spurrier’s jabs, he better have his team well prepared and ready for the Ole Ball Coach.
Don’t you just love Spurrier? At least he keeps it interesting.
