Adidas Nebraska Alternate Uniform Revealed?
Below appears to be Adidas new alternative jersey for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. EDIT: Video was taken down around 9:15 Friday morning. RE-EDIT: This new link should work. This video was posted by adidasFootballUS on Thursday. It certainly is… red. I like the white outlined numbers and the black helmets. Those socks will be the envy of 14-year-old girls across the country. I wish there was something that broke up the red jersey from the red pants. I like the black helmet and the black stripes on the shoulders but I can’t help but think you can’t put a lineman in this getup without making him look like Mr. Kool-Aid.
The commercial parallels the rumor many Nebraska players passed along during Thursday’s B1G Media Day coverage that the alternative uniform game will be September 29 versus Wisconsin.

THE SIMPLE SOLUTION IS TO HAVE BLACK PANTS WITH A RED/WHITE STRIPE. I WAS HYPE TO HEAR ABOUT THIS. UNTIL I SAW THE RED PANTS. LAST TIME WE WORE ALL-RED WE GOT AN ALL-TIME WORST ASS WHIPPING.
