Mark Richt took a new approach to college free agency

Mark Richt had apparently targeted 19 Penn State players.

Dawgs247.com reported earlier today that Georgia notified the Penn State compliance office of their wishes to speak to 19 current Penn State players. While some coaches have targeted maybe one or two players, now most of them are saying they will not recruit Penn State players. Other than Silas Redd of course.

Here is the list of the 19 players that was obtained through an open records request.
