Chizik and Auburn had a horrible outing against Louisiana Monroe last weekend and even though they won in overtime, it doesn’t look too good for Chizik unless the Tigers can turn it around quickly. It’s pretty doubtful that’ll happen this weekend when the Tigers host the Tigers from the Bayou, but in 2 weeks Auburn faces Arkansas, so…there’s that.

Even though our Big 10 guy @Pinkbelt is saying Ferentz’s job is safe this season, I wouldn’t bet too much on that. Ferentz and the Hawkeyes have scraped by against the bottom of the barrel teams that they should be using as practice games leading up to the real competition. If Ferentz wants to save his job, Iowa better start winning games by more than 1 point against Northern Illinois and there can’t be any losing to Iowa State.

The Kentucky Wildcats were upset by Western Kentucky last weekend proving that Joker Phillips is currently the worst coach in the state of Kentucky. The Wildcats have lost to both of their in-state rivals and haven’t even started conference play yet. They will face Florida this weekend on the road where it will take a miracle for them to win. They then have to travel to South Carolina where it will take an even bigger miracle for them to win. Good luck Joker.

I left Dooley off of this list last week because the Vols were 2 – 0. Now the Vols are 2 – 1 and Dooley is firmly planted on this list for a few more weeks. The Vols blew a 4 point lead at half by giving up 27 point in the second half. It was a horrible game for Dooley and quarterback Tyler Bray, who felt he had to throw the ball like a mad man to try and save the Vols chances. He even hurled one to Dooley on the sideline where it was subsequently spiked.

Do I really need to explain what is going on here? This guy has already lost his job, it’s just a matter of time before he is gone during the season. But hey, he still wants everyone to smile!
