Vanderbilt backs out of game at Ohio State in 2013

The Vanderbilt Commodores were scheduled to play Ohio State in 2013 at Ohio State on August 31st, but have since cancelled the game with the Buckeyes.

The SEC released it’s 2013 schedule and Vanderbilt is scheduled to play Ole Miss on August 31st, which would obviously conflict with the Ohio State game and since the SEC offices rule all, the game with Ohio State had to be cancelled.

Not only did Vandy drop the Ohio State game though, they also cancelled a series with Northwestern that was scheduled for 2013 and 2014.

SEC?
