Bees delayed the Yankees-Red Sox Spring Training game

The Yankees and Red Sox faced off on Tuesday afternoon in a Spring Training game that matters to no one except the players and not even them.

During the 3rd inning, Red Sox left fielder Matt Carp noticed a swarm of bees rolling through the stadium. Obviously wanting to avoid any stings, Carp notified the umpires and there was a delay. During the delay Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira offered up some honey to the grounds crew that had to try to push the bees out of the stadium.
