Notre Dame’s Irish flag football cleats

Notre Dame will face Navy in Dublin, Ireland on September 1st this coming season, and they will be doing so in style.

The school will apparently be wearing these Irish flag inspired cleats.

There are quite a few traditionalist that are upset with this design, but come on people, it’s ONE GAME! Maybe the Irish countrymen will enjoy the fact that their flag is being displayed in some manor considering Notre Dame calls themselves the “Fighting Irish“.

I actually love these.
