Ryan Tannehill had started 77 straight games for the Dolphins, but that will come to a disappointing end next week. Late in the third quarter against the Cardinals, Calais Campbell broke through the line and was falling forward and hit Tannehill’s knee.
Trusted Dolphins source tells me Ryan Tannehill injury is ACL and he's done for the season.
About to go see what Dolphins say.

The Dolphin’s QB left the field limping and later returned and appeared to be wiping away tears.
It’s a rough blow for a guy who had made big strides this season.
